Editrolls

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Who we are

Editrolls is run by Suraj Kumar Jha, an individual based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Editrolls”, “we”, “us”). Contact: sigmadev234@gmail.com. By creating an account or using Editrolls for Mac, you agree to these terms.

The service

Editrolls for Mac is a desktop app that edits short videos with AI: captions (including Hinglish), motion graphics, logos and screenshots, and sound. You sign in with a Google account on this website and connect the app to that account. You must be 18 or older. While Editrolls is invite-only, only invited email addresses can sign in.

Reels and payment

  • Edits are paid for with reels, bought in packs on the Reels page through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and are final; no GST is added.
  • One reel pays for one edit of a video up to 2 minutes long; a Premium edit uses 2. Fixes and re-edits of that video are included while its AI budget lasts.
  • New accounts get 2 free reels, once per account and once per Mac.
  • Unused reels don’t expire. Reels have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
  • Refunds are described in the Refund policy.

Your content

  • Your videos, and the edits Editrolls makes from them, belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.
  • You let us process your content only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. We don’t use your content to advertise, and we don’t sell it.
  • You must have the rights to what you edit: your footage, the people in it, any music, and any brands, logos or screenshots shown. Editrolls finds public logos and website screenshots for brands you mention; you decide whether your use of them is allowed.
  • AI can make mistakes, in captions, spellings, facts or visuals. Review every edit before you publish it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Editrolls to:

  • make content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that incites violence;
  • impersonate someone or mislead people about who made or appears in a video;
  • infringe someone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • get around reel charges, free-trial limits or rate limits, share your account, or resell access;
  • reverse engineer, attack or overload the service, or use it to reach other systems without permission.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the free trial, or files payment disputes for reels it used. Where we can, we tell you why first. You can close your account at any time by writing to sigmadev234@gmail.com. Unused reels are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Editrolls is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and its edits good, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that an edit will suit your purpose. Your videos stay on your Mac; keep your own backups.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost earnings, followers or data), and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we tell you by email before it applies. Continuing to use Editrolls afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most problems are quicker to solve by email.
